Your pack shipment
We are waiving Shipping and Delivery charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We weigh the egg sweet and wrapping the sweets with eco-friendly cover by a strong sealing. After the sealing of egg sweet pouch, the egg sweet will be placed into secure air-tight container to maintain warm temperature. We strictly use the packing materials suggested by Food & Health department and there is no compromise in packing of perishable egg sweets.
Delivery times are depends on the regions. If you order from Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Karnataka you will receive your shipment in 24-48 hours. In case if you order from other states, the delivery time will be 48 to 72 hours. Our egg sweets will last for 10 days with no refrigeration.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 6:00 PM. We process the orders on daily basis. There will be no hidden charges at any instance. syedsweets.com will be more transparent to you in all aspects.

REFUND & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your syed sweets order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your concerns and address your queries immediately. In case if you have received damaged package or any other logistic issues, you can contact our customer care executives to sort out your problems. We will be happy to issue full refund, if your shipment not delivered within 10 days from ordering. If you have received defective egg sweet package, you can ask Syed Sweets customer care to resend a fresh egg sweets pack with free of cost. Our motive is to make you happy in all aspects.
