Syed Sweet has made new revolution in the history of various sweets. Syed's Egg Sweet was invented by our founder Syed Gaffar in 1970. He was a normal sweet maker who one day wanted to do something different. He took milk, sugar, egg and ghee for his revolutionary product — boiled the milk until condensed, added the other three ingredients, and baked it over charcoal fire. The result was an entirely new sweet. He served it personally to family and friends, who appreciated it greatly and encouraged him to sell it commercially.
He brought the Egg Sweet to the market and named it ANDE-K-MITTHAI — meaning Egg Sweet.
Syed Gaffar successfully launched his delicious product in the market. Earlier, Egg Sweet was only known in home functions and marriages. At first, people thought it would be a simple sweet — but after tasting it, their thoughts changed entirely. Sales slowly grew and the product reached a standard place in the market and in everyone's heart.
The main reason for our success is that we concentrate completely on Egg Sweet production only, without any other bakery business. We began with handmade preparation over charcoal fire. Following our huge success, we launched a fully machine-equipped factory with ovens — while preserving the same traditional taste that has addicted our customers.
